User Experience (UX) Designer
Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid, 4 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12-Week Contract

Responsibilities
- Develop compelling experience concepts and product proposals using customer research, insights, and business objectives.
- Translate approved concepts into detailed UX solutions, including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interaction designs.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and validate ideas with stakeholders.
- Participate in design evaluations, workshops, co-creation sessions, and user-centered research activities.
- Refine designs based on feedback, usability findings, and evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Industrial Designers, Researchers, Product Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to documentation, experience requirements, and design recommendations that support future product development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or a related field.
- Senior-level experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong expertise in:
- User Flows
- Information Architecture
- Wireframing
- Interaction Design
- Digital Prototyping
- Human-Centered Design
- Experience working on complex, ambiguous, early-stage product and experience concepts.
- Ability to work independently and strategically while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
Required Tools
Experience with several of the following:
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Miro
- ProtoPie
- Blender
- Rhino
- Alias
- VRED
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing experiences that connect physical products with digital touchpoints.
- Background collaborating with Industrial Design and Design Research teams.
- Experience creating holistic customer experiences across products, services, and digital platforms.
- Automotive, mobility, consumer product, or advanced concept design experience is highly preferred.

Additional Information
